I will help you attain the comfort you desire while working within your budget. When people enter your home, they should experience your style and personality. I will assist you in discovering how to express that style by making your home a comfortable and functional place.
Staging for Sale or Rent
Staging a home can make all the difference in making your home more appealing. Online images are often the first introduction a prospective buyer has to your home. Simplifying decorative objects and wall art can help buyers see home features.
Furniture layout plays a big part in making sure rooms flow and have an open feeling. The same is true for short-term rental properties. Make your home stand out for the VRBO and Airbnb rental market.
Redesign
With the budget in mind, the most basic service I offer is interior redesign. New furniture and accessories can be expensive. My interior redesign service is centered on space planning and reusing what you already have. This service is ideal for finding solutions to the problem areas in your home.
I start with furniture placement to create smooth traffic flow. I then edit out pieces that are dated or do not blend well with the look you are trying to achieve. Finally, I rehang art on the walls and add small accessories back to the room. As part of the redesign, I offer suggestions on how the room can be taken forward to complete the space with any missing color, texture, or furniture.
Drapery, Pillows & Quilting
In many of my projects, the fabric is the finishing layer. Pillows, window coverings, and custom quilts add softness and tie the colors of a room together. I offer upholstery services, including custom window treatments, throw pillows, and quilting services, all done in-house. I can use your fabric or work with you to find the right fabric to complete your space.

Custom Painting
The foundation of my business is wall treatments and color. The walls in your home are typically the largest areas. I find that walls are the most neglected areas in many homes and are often left "builder white." In my opinion, wall color acts as the mat behind a piece of framed art, framing the layers of furnishings and accessories in the room.
Good wall color can pull the look of a room together like no single piece of furniture can. In most cases, the wall color can be changed in several rooms for the cost of a single piece of furniture.

Over the years, I have developed a palette of paint colors that work well together. It makes finding the right color easy.
